I don’t think I made it very clear but last month I was sexually assaulted by someone who I thought was my friend (I don’t want to talk about it don’t ask), and it’s… really fucked with my head.
Had I known this a month ago I would have been able to get away.

This is one of the first moves I was taught in Krav Maga, and it is one of the most effective.
It took me about a half hour to get down with practice, but once you get it, it’s an intuitive movement.
I’ve had this on repeat for the last couple of minutes switching my hearing to hear either “that’s a fucking excellent idea” and “that sounds like an excellent idea” (which is what he’s actually saying) and it’s really tripping me out
Sometimes it feels like there aren’t nearly as many great intense music theatre self reflection songs for women than there are for guys. Or at least not enough that don’t have to do with a love interest? Can someone prove me wrong? Like, what’s the female equivalent thinking “Michael in the Bathroom” from Be More Chill. There’s Natalie’s songs from Next to Normal, but I’m drawing a blank on many others (I hope)
